I’ve always thought that sorbet was good for you since it contains fruit and is low in fat. Well, it turns out I’m wrong.
Store-bought sorbet is often loaded with sweeteners, including high-fructose corn syrup which is definitely not good for you.
In addition, the sorbet may contain “natural flavors” which are chemically processed from fruits and even meats…and me being a vegetarian, too! Sorbet, anyone?
